Assigned to : Harlem Studio 
Reports Directly to: CEO (Olivier Giugni)

Responsibilities Include:

*Administration tasks to include: E-mails, phone calls, calendar management
*Handle all CEO’s phone calls and requests
*Provide highest level of customer service to his guests and clients, including taking
VIP retail orders
*Assist with client presentations, including research and drafting proposals
*Assist with preparation for demonstrations and seasonal photoshoots
*Personal assistance could include running errands and booking personal vacations,
*Support other departments as needed
*Create “to do lists” of pending items to be taken care of
*Set up reminders for the various tasks
*Work closely with Marketing Coordinator
*Assist Lead Designer when needed
*Review next day schedule at end of every day
*Prepare drafts for proposals and estimates for client meetings
*Update designer binders on a weekly basis with current online arrangements
*Update photoshoot recipe binders (seasonally)

*Minimum of 3-5 years of previous Executive Assistant experience, preferably with
a luxury brand
*Excellent written/oral communication skills
*Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 
*Able to take direction and give assistance wherever needed
*Able to multi-task and take initiative
*Handle confidential information with discretion 
*Comfortable working under pressure with deadlines 
*Interest/experience in luxury floral industry
*Fluency in English is a must, fluency in French a plus
*Positive, cheerful attitude
